      From August 8-9, 2025, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov, will work in the Perm Krai.

      The main event of the working trip will be the district council meeting with regional leaders. Chaired by Igor Komarov, participants will discuss measures to support military personnel and their families, as well as social programs for working youth.

      Another key event will be the closing of the final of the new public project of the Volga Federal District, "MoloT." Over 16,000 young specialists from 394 enterprises of the real economy participated in the qualifying stages. The final will bring together 420 representatives from all 14 regions of the PFD. Igor Komarov, along with the head of Perm Krai, Dmitry Makhonin, will visit project sites and also award the winners of the team competition.

      Additionally, the presidential envoy will hold a series of working meetings on socio-political and socio-economic development issues of Perm Krai.
