The reconstruction of the Triumphal Arch in Nizhny Novgorod has been handed over to a subcontractor.

      Culture and Leisure The general contractor for the restoration project of the Triumphal Arch in Nizhny Novgorod — JSC "TSNRU," registered in Moscow and owned by Yuri Egorushkin — has fully transferred the execution of works to a subcontractor. The contract amount is nearly 314.8 million rubles. According to data posted on the public procurement portal, the agreement with the general contractor was finalized on June 18, 2025. By July, LLC "Electronic Security Systems" (ESS) joined the project as a subcontractor. ESS has been registered in Nizhny Novgorod since 2005. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the owners of the company are Dina Gadzhiyeva, Viktor Zgarekov, and Yulia Mirina. The main activity of ESS is performing electrical installation works and maintaining fire safety equipment. It is worth noting that the competition to recreate the Triumphal Arch in Nizhny Novgorod was held twice. The elements of the Triumphal Arch were found during earthworks on Sovetskaya Street in 2024.
