One-way traffic will be introduced on Osharskaya due to tram track repairs.

      On August 9th in Nizhny Novgorod, the next phase of tram track reconstruction on Oshirskaya Street will begin. The work will take place on the section from Respublikanskaya Street to the exit onto Kuznechikhinskaya Street. According to LLC "Environmental Projects," the project includes a complete replacement of the rail track and contact network. This is part of the city's large-scale tram infrastructure modernization. During the work, vehicle traffic on this section will be one-way — passage will only be possible towards Belinevsky Street. The repair is part of a broader project to update the tracks on Oshirskaya Street from Belinka to the turnaround loop in Lapshikha, which started on July 21. All work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025. It was also reported that Tram No. 2 may resume circulating on the city ring at the end of 2025.
