      EconomyBank "Dom.RF" has issued the first tranche for the construction of the "SAVOY Pokrovskaya" hotel on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street, near the Kremlin. This was reported by the press service of the financial organization.

      The developer is the Moscow-based company "Guta-Development." Financing is provided through the state preferential support program for tourism infrastructure. The total loan amount will exceed 1.8 billion rubles. Currently, the developer has received the first 44 million rubles.

      The future five-star hotel will be located near building No. 12b. The building, covering over 9,000 square meters, will house 170 rooms, a restaurant, a spa zone, underground parking, and conference facilities.

      The hotel is planned to open by the end of 2027.

      Previously, sketches of the future hotel near the Ryabinina estate in Nizhny Novgorod were published.

      It was also reported that the Nizhny Novgorod region will receive over 186.5 million rubles for the creation of modular hotels.
