Gleb Nikitin and Andrey Ryumin discussed the development of the region's network complex.

      The governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, and the CEO of PAO "Rosseti," Andrei Riumin, discussed the development of the regional power grid, preparations for the heating season, and the implementation of the previously signed regulatory agreement.

      "Creating opportunities for new technological connections and increasing the reliability of the power supply system are strategic issues for regional development. The project currently underway in the Olgino and Novinki districts fully meets the needs of these areas for main capacity. Similarly, we plan to improve power supply to consumers in the area of the oncology center and Semashko hospital, considering plans to establish a large medical cluster here," noted Gleb Nikitin.

      "The industry in the Nizhny Novgorod region is actively developing, including through high-tech enterprises, leading to an increase in jobs. Special attention is given to social policies, supporting families, with one of the priorities being housing construction. This requires timely modernization and development of the electrical infrastructure. In 2025, we plan to invest over 14 billion rubles in the region," said Andrei Riumin.

      Key tasks for the company's development of the power supply system in Nizhny Novgorod over the next two years include building two 110 kV substations to supply nearly 650,000 square meters of housing in the Nizhny Novgorod agglomeration. Additionally, the reconstruction of a 220 kV energy facility feeding the southeast of Nizhny Novgorod, the Bogorodsky, and Kstovsky districts, where about 400,000 residents live and over 200 large enterprises operate, is planned for completion.
