      Today, the railways of Russia cover more than one hundred thousand kilometers! A tenth of this vast network—11,500 kilometers—is serviced by the Gorky Railway. Monthly, about 3.7 million passengers use the long-distance and suburban train services of GZhD.

      In partnership with the Gorky Railway, large infrastructure projects are being implemented in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. One of the priorities is organizing suburban passenger communication along the Myza–Kstovo route.

      The industry is developing dynamically: train speeds are increasing, new technologies for track repair and maintenance are being introduced, station infrastructure is being modernized, and suburban rolling stock is being updated.

      Dozens of thousands of specialists—train drivers, dispatchers, conductors, engineers, builders, repairmen, masters, and track workers—are involved around the clock to ensure the uninterrupted operation of such a vast enterprise.

      Our railway workers possess qualities such as high responsibility, attentive attitude towards each passenger, professionalism, and discipline. You connect people and territories, guarantee the timely and safe delivery of cargo to different corners of the country.
