      The construction project of a five-star hotel with 170 rooms and underground parking has received a positive conclusion from a non-governmental expertise. This is reported in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRZ).

      The expert evaluation of the project documentation and engineering survey results was conducted by LLC "Moscow Non-Governmental Expert Review of Construction Projects." The developer of the project is LLC "Privolzhe-Invest," registered in Moscow. The technical customer of the project is JSC "Guta-Development."

      The project documentation was prepared by several organizations, including LLC "Vektor Safety," LLC "Enviro," LLC "Order Group," LLC "Veles NN," LLC "Remstroyproekt," and LLC "S-Project."
