      An additional inspection of the area near building No. 52 on Vitebsk Street in the Kanavinsky District of Nizhny Novgorod has been scheduled, as it floods after every heavy rain. This was reported to NIА "Nizhny Novgorod" by the district administration.

      According to the agency, the flooding issue is known and is associated with the lack of a stormwater drainage system, as well as structural features of the building and the surrounding territory.

      "Flooding occurs after heavy rainfall because there are no stormwater manholes in the area," the administration explained.

      Following the inspection, the management company servicing this building will receive updated recommendations for addressing the problem and organizing water drainage.

      Meanwhile, throughout the district, including other parts of Nizhny Novgorod, specialized equipment continues to pump out the water that has accumulated after heavy rains.
