At the women's club at the Nizhny Novgorod personnel center "Work of Russia," they discussed support for the families of SVO participants.

The first regional meeting of female club participants at the Nizhny Novgorod Human Resources Center "Work of Russia" was held in Nizhny Novgorod. The event brought together over 50 women, mothers, and daughters of participants in the SVO, as well as experts in psychology, social adaptation, and employment. Director of the Department of Labor and Employment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Igor Pantyuhin addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. "The main goal of our meeting is to support women whose loved ones are in the SVO zone or have returned home after service. Such initiatives are extremely important for the region. When women unite to help their husbands and sons, it strengthens not only families but also society as a whole. We are ready to provide comprehensive assistance in employment and social adaptation for SVO participants and their loved ones," noted Igor Pantyuhin.

Alena Minlebaeva, head of the women’s club at the Nizhny Novgorod HR Center, shared the results of the organization’s work. "Today marks exactly one year since the women’s club was founded. It operates in 15 branches of the employment service and at the 'Defenders of the Fatherland' foundation. Our platform is a space where women can communicate, share experiences, and unlock their potential. Over the past year, seven members of the women’s club have launched their own businesses. Today, at the regional meeting, we gathered mothers, wives, and daughters of SVO participants to help them find support for themselves and their families with the help of professional psychologists," she said.

Deputy of the Nizhny Novgorod City Duma and head of the coordination center for supporting military personnel, mobilized individuals, and their families at the NGO "Center for Public Relations — Nizhny Novgorod House of National Unity" Tatiana Druzhinina participated in the event. "One of the priority areas of our center is supporting the wives and mothers of SVO participants. Every family should be aware of the available social support measures, so we conduct informational and explanatory work. You can also contact our call center with any questions and issues. Humanitarian aid and trips to the SVO zone are of great importance: since the center’s inception, we have dispatched nearly 750 humanitarian convoys. Supporting our defenders gives them strength, and their families become calmer and more confident," said Tatiana Druzhinina.

Head of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the "Defenders of the Fatherland" Foundation Ekaterina Generalova reminded that SVO participants and their loved ones can always seek legal, psychological, and social assistance from the foundation. "My husband returned from the SVO zone wounded. We underwent long treatment—changing more than one hospital. I even spent four days caring for five wounded soldiers at a hospital in the Moscow region. Events like today are not just about support. They are about the opportunity to breathe freely when you know there are people around who truly understand your pain," shared event participant Anna from Sergach. "Women waiting for their husbands and sons from the front, or helping them adapt after returning, are true heroines. We want them to know: they are not alone and can always count on our support in employment and social adaptation. The HR center is open to cooperation and will be happy to assist with career guidance for everyone in need," emphasized Lyudmila Egorova, director of the Nizhny Novgorod HR Center "Work of Russia."

The event also included an award ceremony for three coordinators of women’s clubs from the Urensky, Dzerzhinsky, and Borsky branches, who received letters of gratitude from the Department of Labor and Employment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
