A modern playground was installed under the KRST program in the village of Koshelikha, Pervomaysky District.

      A modern children's playground was installed under the state program "Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories" (CDRT) in the village of Koshelikha, Pervomaysky District. The public space covers approximately 600 square meters. It features various types of swings, a slide, a carousel, a basketball hoop, bars, ropes, and ladders. The structures are designed for children up to 12 years old. The total cost of the playground amounts to about 2.5 million rubles. Usually, the initiators of improvement projects are the residents of rural localities themselves. At a general meeting, they decide what exactly the settlement needs for its development. "Our municipal administration participates in many projects and programs operating in the region, and the 'Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories' is no exception. This is the sixth children's playground installed in the district as part of its implementation. Local boys and girls now have more opportunities to spend time outdoors with enjoyment and benefit," emphasized Lyubov Malova, head of the Agriculture Department of the Pervomaysky District Administration. Since the start of the Russian Federation’s state program "Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories" from 2021 to 2025, 11 projects have been implemented in the villages of Pervomaysky District: playgrounds opened in Nikolaevka, Nelae, Uspenskoye, Petrovka, Maloye Makatelye, Koshelikha; pedestrian zones arranged in Koshelikha and Nelae; a section of road repaired in Bolshoe Makatelye; a road to the feldsher-obstetric point repaired in Koshelikha; and street lighting organized in Nelae at the final stage.
