      Economy: In Nizhny Novgorod, a new enrollment has opened for free tram driver courses. The training begins on September 1 and will last until the end of December. This was reported by LLC "Environmental Projects".

      Classes will be held at the company's training center, located on the premises of Tram Depot No. 3 on Molodezhny Avenue, 29A.

      The training will last four months. Theoretical lessons will be conducted on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Practical training will take place directly on closed yard areas of the depot under the supervision of experienced mentors.

      The classrooms are fully equipped: simulators, models, visual aids, and multimedia equipment. With their help, future drivers will learn about the purpose and principles of operation of moving unit components and assemblies.

      The training is fully sponsored by the organization. To enroll, applicants need to contact the depot where they plan to work. After a brief interview, candidates will be directed to the training center.

      During the training, participants receive a scholarship equal to the minimum wage (currently 22,440 rubles per month).

      After passing exams, graduates receive a third-class tram driver qualification. Initially, they will undergo internship on city routes accompanied by an instructor.

      Employees are guaranteed a social package, voluntary health insurance, annual salary indexation, discounted transportation in municipal transport, as well as participation in union activities and corporate events.

      It was previously reported that partial traffic restrictions were introduced on Osharskaya Street starting July 25.
