Rostrud is investigating the injury of a cafeteria worker at a Nizhny Novgorod children's hospital.

      Incidents An employee of the surgical department cafeteria of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of Nizhny Novgorod "NODKB" sustained serious injuries as a result of an accident. This was reported by the State Labour Inspectorate for the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      On July 16, a 50-year-old cafeteria worker, after finishing clearing dishes from the tables, suddenly felt unwell. The man lost his balance and fell onto his back right at the cafeteria entrance.

      He was found by department staff, who immediately called an ambulance. The injured person was taken to the N.A. Semashko Regional Clinical Hospital, where he received necessary medical care.

      According to Ilya Moshes, the Chief State Labour Inspector for the Nizhny Novgorod region, an investigation has been initiated into the incident. The bruises and hematomas received by the cafeteria worker have officially been recognized as serious injuries.

      Earlier, it was reported that a cable installation technician sustained severe injuries after falling from a ladder in Lukoyanov.
