The Regional Main Department of Road Facilities has decided to implement a reversible traffic light system to improve the transportation situation. Starting from July 27, two lanes will be open for entry into Nizhny Novgorod across the New Borsky Bridge every Sunday from 12:00 to 04:00 on Monday. This will increase the bridge’s throughput during peak traffic hours. The department explained that the decision was made following an analysis of the traffic conditions.
