      Another emergency building will be demolished on Znamenskaya Street in Kanavino. The information is posted on the state procurement website.

      It concerns a two-story wooden house No. 3, letter B, built in 1959. In July 2015, it was officially recognized as emergency and subject to demolition.

      The Kanavino district authorities are prepared to allocate up to 1.8 million rubles for the demolition work. Funding is provided from the city's budget.

      Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until July 30. The winner will be announced on August 1.

      After the contract is signed, the contractor is given 35 days for the complete demolition of the emergency house.

      It is noted that only small business entities and socially oriented non-profit organizations can participate in the procurement.

      Earlier, it was reported that house No. 1 on Znamenskaya Street will be dismantled. It was also announced that the well-known Nizhny Novgorod cafe "Kniaz" will be demolished by court decision.
