      A serious road traffic accident occurred at kilometer 554 of the M-12 "Vostok" highway in the Sergach district involving a truck and a passenger car. This was reported by the regional traffic police department.

      According to the available information, late on July 24, the driver of a "KAMAZ" vehicle failed to yield the right of way to another participant during a lane change. As a result, a collision occurred with a Kia Mohave.

      Five passengers in the passenger car were injured, including three minors.

      The circumstances of the accident are being clarified.

      It was previously reported that two teenagers on a scooter were hit by a car in Dzerzhinsk.
