      A new way to receive information about support measures for families has appeared in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Now, this can be done through the MAX messenger. Thanks to this digital tool, residents of the region can quickly learn about available benefits and receive consultations from specialists.

      The service is implemented with the participation of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Demographic Development Institute" and provides users with the opportunity to ask any questions related to federal and regional support measures.

      The platform also includes a social support calculator developed by the institute. It allows users to calculate the potential payout amount and get detailed instructions on how to apply for them.

      Another important feature is "urgent demographic assistance." Through the messenger, users can schedule consultations with psychologists, lawyers, or doctors. Specialists provide support in various life situations—from postpartum depression and doubts about reproductive decisions to pressure from employers and lack of help from loved ones.

      For communication and experience sharing, the institute's chat is active in MAX. This open platform is for parents, future mothers and fathers, as well as those supporting them. Participants can discuss important topics, share stories, and receive prompt feedback from specialists and other users.

      Soon, a digital service called "Wow, Parents!" will be launched in the messenger, specifically created for prospective parents and families with children. It will include three features: a future child image generator, a name dictionary, and a checklist of essential items for the maternity ward.

      Evgeny Zhuravlev, director of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Demographic Development Institute," emphasized the importance of enabling every family to interact easily and quickly with government agencies. He noted that the organization is working on creating interfaces that simplify the process of obtaining services and information, making it more understandable and convenient. According to him, this allows parents to save time in searching for necessary information and contributes to building trust in government institutions.
