      Incidents In Dzerzhinsk, a collision occurred involving two teenagers riding together on a single electric scooter. The incident was captured by a surveillance camera. The footage was published on the Telegram channel "Auto News Nizhny Novgorod."

      According to witnesses, one of the victims received a knee wound that had to be stitched on the spot. The second teenager was hospitalized with more serious injuries—he was diagnosed with a broken arm and a cranio-cerebral trauma.
