The largest number of budget places have been assigned to leading technical and classical universities in the region. For example, Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University will accept 1,024 students, and Nizhny Novgorod State University will accept 648. A significant number of places are also distributed among Knyagininsky University, NGU, NNGASU, NGATU, VSUWT, the Nizhny Novgorod branch of HSE, SarFTI NIYAU MIFI, VVF MTUCI, and specialized branches in Arzamas, Dzerzhinsk, Balakhna, and Vyksa. The most popular areas of study include programs such as "Information Systems and Technologies" — 407 budget places, "Applied Informatics" — 246 places, and "Applied Mathematics and Informatics" — 238 places. These programs cover a wide range of IT skills in demand on the labor market. It should be noted that the "Neymark" IT campus will offer applicants three educational programs developed in collaboration with leading regional universities. In partnership with HSE, a bachelor's program in "Artificial and Augmented Intelligence Technologies" is being implemented, with 10 budget places. The specialty program "Information Systems Security," created together with NGTU, will be available only on a paid basis — 25 places. Additionally, a bachelor's program in "Integrated Hardware and Software Development" has been launched with NNGU, offering 25 budget places. The IT campus provides various grants that can fully cover tuition and accommodation throughout the entire period of study.
