      At the Headquarters of Public Support, the results of the regional public reception office of the United Russia party were summarized.

      "On July 23, 2008, the country’s first public reception office of the 'United Russia' leader was opened in Nizhny Novgorod. And already the next day, it was visited by Vladimir Putin, Chairman of the All-Russian Political Party 'United Russia' and Prime Minister of Russia," recalled Viktor Lunin, head of the public reception. "Over 17 years, reception offices have become one of the most reliable and effective tools for direct interaction between citizens and the party. For more than a decade and a half, they have operated as a unified social institution—receiving, analyzing, and resolving issues that concern people. The initial founders, Alexander Alekseevich Serikov and Aнатoly Vasilyevich Beloglazov, did tremendous work in creating and organizing the network of reception offices. They laid the foundations for a systematic approach to handling citizens’ appeals, established a clear structure, implemented standards for prompt response, and monitored the execution of instructions. Today, this work is continued by young staff members."

      According to him, over 17 years, the regional and local public reception offices have received more than 200,000 appeals related to housing and communal services, landscaping, and social support.

      "More than half of these appeals have been resolved positively—which means that hundreds of thousands of Nizhny Novgorod residents have received real help: social rights have been restored, housing issues resolved, legal and material support provided, and systemic measures have been taken to eliminate violations. The Regional public reception office launched a Volunteer Center to assist people during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a significant amount of work is ongoing at the Humanitarian Center to aid residents from new territories," explained Viktor Lunin.

      While awarding letters of appreciation to the reception office staff, he thanked everyone who has been part of this important system and continues to be.

      "Seventeen years is a story of hard work, dedication to serving people, and belief that even the most complex issues can be resolved if approached with responsibility and a human attitude. I am confident that this path will continue—for the sake of justice, stability, and prosperity for every individual," said Viktor Lunin.
