      The Ministry of Health has developed a draft requiring medical workers to transfer documents to the medical board if a patient has issued sick leave more than four times in six months. This was reported by the "360" TV channel.

      The department emphasized that these changes are aimed at improving the quality of medical care for working-age citizens.

      Frequent sick leaves may indicate the need for a more detailed examination of the patient's health condition. The medical board will analyze the causes of frequent illnesses to identify issues early and prevent their progression. This will help detect workers showing early signs of illness and facilitate their quicker return to professional activity.

      It is worth noting that there are also exceptions: the board will not be required if the sick leave is related to socially significant diseases (hepatitis, tuberculosis, oncology, HIV, etc.), replacement kidney therapy, or medical rehabilitation, as well as in cases related to caring for a relative.
