      Nizhny Novgorod Staffing Center "Work of Russia" helped 1,600 young job seekers under age 35 find employment in the first half of 2025, with work experience ranging from 1 to 7 years. "The staffing center provides comprehensive support for young specialists in employment. For each applicant, we develop an individual employment assistance plan, help with career guidance, resume writing, and interview preparation. This year, over 1,300 young professionals utilized career guidance support measures. This enables them to better determine their professional interests and find suitable jobs faster," said Lyudmila Egorova, director of the Nizhny Novgorod Staffing Center "Work of Russia." Career consultants at the Nizhny Novgorod Staffing Center helped these applicants find jobs, particularly at industrial and trading enterprises, utilities, and educational institutions. They took positions such as boiler operator, sales department specialist, locksmith, administrator, confectioner, and others. "The labor market in the Nizhny Novgorod region is developing dynamically, and young professionals have excellent opportunities to start their careers. We see high demand for qualified personnel, especially in industry and high-tech sectors. Our goal is to help each job seeker find a job matching their skills and ambitions, and to assist employers in filling vacancies with reliable staff," noted Igor Pantyukhin, head of the Department of Labor and Employment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. It is worth mentioning that from 2025, as per President Vladimir Putin's directive, a national project "Personnel" has been launched in Russia. The activities of the national project aim to efficiently and promptly train personnel that meet employer needs through coordinated efforts of educational institutions, companies, and the government.
