Ten employees of the Vyksunskoye OMK plant have been awarded the title of "Honored Metallurgist."

      Society: 768 employees of the Vyksa OMK plant received awards for professionalism on Metallurgist's Day. This was reported by the company's press service.

      The ceremonial event took place at the Lepse Cultural Palace. Metallurgists were presented with state, departmental, regional, and corporate awards.

      Ten people were awarded the honorary title "Honored Metallurgist," and an additional 13 received the title "Honorary Metallurg" along with a badge and certificate. Honorary diplomas from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation were awarded to 16 employees.

      Employees were also recognized with letters of appreciation and certificates from the leadership of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the Vyksa city administration. Among the recipients were also 467 employees who received corporate thank-you letters and certificates.

      After the official ceremonies, guests enjoyed a festive buffet and a concert by the cover band "Friends."

      Chairman of OMK's Supervisory Board, Anatoly Sedykh, congratulated the team and noted that the true strength of any enterprise lies in its people.

      "Without your experience, perseverance, and the spark burning in every metallurgist's heart, none of our achievements would be possible," he said.

      The celebration continued over the weekend at the Metallurgists' Square near the Upper Pond. Residents and plant employees enjoyed performances by local artists and headliner group "Vintazh."

      The managing director of the Vyksa OMK plant, Alexander Barykov, also emphasized the importance of teamwork. "Even in difficult conditions, we continue to implement key projects and maintain our leadership. This has become possible thanks to the professionalism and dedication of every employee," he stated.

      On Metallurgist's Day, more than 1,000 OMK workers across the country received various awards. Among them, 11 individuals were honored with the title "Honored Metallurg," the highest state award in the industry. Over 700 employees at other company plants also received certificates and letters of appreciation.
