On July 24, the Youth Forum of the Volga Federal District "iVolga-2025" will start in the Samara region.

      From July 24 to 29, 2025, the Youth Forum of the Volga Federal District "iVolga" will take place in the Samara region at the Festival Park on Mastryukovskie Lakes. This year, it will gather 1,400 participants from 14 subjects of the Volga Federal District as well as from other regions of Russia. The "iVolga" forum is one of the main regional platforms for developing youth initiatives. The forum is held under the patronage of Igor Komarov, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District. In the year of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, special attention will be given to the theme of preserving historical memory and strengthening traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. There will be a pavilion dedicated to historical memory, and all participants will undergo a cultural and patriotic minimum: thematic evening venues "Be with Russia!", "Be together!", and "Be First!", where youth can engage with the country’s history and culture through creativity, physical activity, and volunteering, as well as express their opinions. "iVolga" plans to host two project competitions, providing opportunities for participants to receive grants for their initiatives: the project competition of the Foundation for the Development of Civil Society Institutions in the Volga Federal District and the Rosmolodezh Grants Competition. The cultural program traditionally includes the "Voices of iVolga" singing contest, a DJ festival, a neighborhood sports tournament "Back to Sports," and regional tent competitions. Additionally, regional youth from the PFO can participate in excursions to enterprises in the Samara region, city tours, masterclasses, themed meetings, sports events, and evening creative activities. The grand opening of the forum will take place on July 24, beginning with a delegation parade from the regions. The climax of the ceremony will be the launch of a symbolic art object "Time Machine," representing the start of a storyline game aimed at immersing participants in the country’s historical heritage. This will serve as the foundation of the entire educational program "iVolga-2025." The forum operates within seven thematic directions: "Science," "IT and Digital Technologies," "Patriotism," "Culture and Arts," "Rescue Services," "Industrial Complex," and "Management." Traditionally, the forum will be held as an autonomous field camp equipped with necessary infrastructure and accessible environment elements. The organizers of the Youth Forum of the Volga Federal District "iVolga" are the government of the Samara region, the office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the PFO, with support from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (RoscYoung). Co-organizers are the Movement of the Firsts in cooperation with the Rosmolodezh platform.
