      The bailiffs found a resident of the Nizhny Novgorod region on a sales website. This was reported by the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the region on July 21, 2025.

      In the bailiff's office for the Sharansky and Tonkinsky districts, 49 enforcement proceedings were initiated to recover traffic fines totaling 42,000 rubles from a 35-year-old citizen. The man refused to pay the debt. Then, the bailiffs seized funds from the debtor's bank accounts, banned registration actions with his Mercedes-Benz, and limited his right to leave Russia.

      The man did not reside at his registered address, and efforts to locate him were unsuccessful. Subsequently, a bailiff discovered his vehicle on a sales website. After contacting the non-payer, the officer informed him of the measures taken to enforce the debt. This is how the man learned he could not sell the car.

      As a result, within several days, the citizen paid the entire debt, including the enforcement fee of 49 thousand rubles.
