      In Nizhny Novgorod, a solemn ceremony of diploma awarding took place for graduates of the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management – a branch of the Presidential Academy. The event was held on July 15 at the State Academic Philharmonic Hall.

      This year, 473 graduates received higher education diplomas, having completed programs in bachelor’s, specialist’s, and master’s degrees. Among them, 127 graduated with honors.

      Director of the institute, Ekaterina Lebedeva, opened the ceremony by emphasizing the significance of this day for each graduate: "We are marking the end of a major and important stage in the students’ lives – they become certified specialists and step into adult, independent life. May your hearts be empathetic, your attitude towards work responsible, and your aspirations selfless. Wishing you success, happiness, and well-being!"

      Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Egor Polyakov, highlighted the prestige of the Presidential Academy diploma in his speech and suggested that young professionals consider the possibility of working in regional government structures.

      "A diploma from the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management is a kind of quality mark. The Academy consistently ranks among the leaders in the number of graduates holding managerial positions in government bodies. I am confident that the knowledge gained will serve as a solid foundation for professional growth and contribute to the region's development," Polyakov noted.

      Among the 2025 graduates are participants of scientific conferences, recipients of named scholarships and grants, winners of international and national competitions, athletes, volunteers, and activists. Some of them were awarded letters of appreciation from the governor for participating in humanitarian aid to Donbass.
