Sports: Forward Bobby Lynch of the Nizhny Novgorod hockey club "Torpedo" will continue his sports career in the German hockey league. This was announced on the club's social media pages.

The 27-year-old legionary played two seasons with "Torpedo." In 110 games, he scored 50 points (goals + assists).

It is worth recalling that the management of the Nizhny Novgorod team made a qualifying offer to Lynch after his contract expired, but the player declined. After the appointment of former head coach Igor Larionov, there were speculations that the American might join SKA in Saint Petersburg following Igor Larionov Jr. and Markus Phillips.

However, Bobby Lynch decided to conquer Europe and signed a contract with "Grizzlys Wolfsburg." By the way, Kiton Thompson also transferred to this team earlier. The defenseman represented Nizhny Novgorod for one season, played 60 matches, and earned 11 points.

It was previously reported that the newcomers of "Torpedo" have chosen their jersey numbers for the 2025/2026 season.

Additionally, the KHL has published the full schedule for the upcoming season.
