      Society MChS warns of a sharp deterioration in weather conditions in the Nizhny Novgorod region and Nizhny Novgorod. According to the agency, heavy rainfall and an increase in easterly winds are expected in the region over the next 1–3 hours on July 13, 2025. During thunderstorms, wind gusts may reach speeds of 15–20 meters per second. Unfavorable weather will persist into the night and morning hours of July 14.
