      Society. Gulnara Bikkulova has headed the Nizhny Novgorod university "Neymark." The relevant information is posted on the university's official website.

      Gulnara Bikkulova joined "Neymark" from the Rosatom Corporate Academy, where she held the position of Deputy General Director since 2018 and led the international initiatives and partnerships division.

      According to the academy's website, Bikkulova holds a Candidate of Political Sciences degree from Kazan University. She also completed several international programs, including Nonprofit Management at California State University, Sacramento, courses on venture investments at the University of Berkeley, and an industry innovations program at Singularity University (USA).

      She began her career in the press service of the Governor of California. Later, she worked at the international communications agency Edelman, progressing from manager to head of the Russian practice working with technology companies. Subsequently, she led PR and marketing projects at the "Eurasia" investment group.

      From 2010 to 2017, Bikkulova oversaw the development of the innovation ecosystem at the Russian Venture Company.
