Gulnara Bikkulova has headed Nizhny Novgorod's "Neymark" University.

      The autonomous non-profit higher education organization "NEIMARK University" has been headed by Gulnara Bikullova. This information appeared on the educational institution's website. Previously, ANO "NEIMARK" was led by Valery Cherepenikov, who, however, left his position in April. According to data from the Rosatom Corporate Academy website, Gulnara Bikullova studied at Kazan University, where she earned a Candidate of Political Sciences degree, and also completed various educational programs in the USA. She began her career in the press service of the California governor, then moved to the international PR agency Edelman, later headed the PR and marketing division at the Eurasia investment group, from 2010 to 2017 was the head of the development of the innovation ecosystem at the Russian Venture Company, and since 2018 held the position of deputy general director at the Rosatom Corporate Academy. Previously, it was reported that Alexander Larikov headed the Nizhny Novgorod Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
