      Society On July 8, in Arzamas Park, a concert program called "uDachniki" was held in honor of Family, Love, and Fidelity Day, organized by the city Civil Registry Office and the Cultural and Recreation Center. The event celebrated friendly and active families, including employees of JSC "Arzamas Instrument-Building Plant named after P.I. Plandin," Andrey and Elena Cherntisy.

      Andrey and Elena met 22 years ago among friends. Seeing similarities in their characters, they decided to unite their destinies and this year celebrate 20 years of life together.

      The spouses work in workshop No. 50. Andrey is the deputy head of the workshop, and Elena is a finisher-polisher. They have two daughters: the older Maria, like her parents, works at AIPZ as a technician in workshop No. 54, and the younger Tanya has completed first grade.

      "We support all our girls' hobbies," shares the head of the family, Andrey Vladimirovich. "Tanya enjoys going to the circus studio, and Masha loves extreme sports and music.

      As the couple themselves say, the secret to their strong, happy marriage is in the ability to find compromises, listen to each other's opinions, and support each other in everything."
