The Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Construction has issued a permit for the construction of two kindergartens.

      Society In Nizhny Novgorod Region, 19 construction permits were issued in June. This information is available in the registry on the regional Ministry of Construction website.

      Among them are both socially significant buildings and commercial projects. For example, two new kindergartens will appear in Nizhny Novgorod: one in the Sovetsky district on Vaneeva Street near house 221, and another in the Autozavodsky district in the "Torpedo" residential complex. The permit was issued by the "Main Department for Capital Construction" of the Municipal Administrative Institution. It was previously reported that over 390 million rubles are allocated for the construction of the first preschool institution. The building will be three-story, with a projected capacity of 158 children. The second kindergarten is designed for 280 children, with over 530 million rubles allocated for its construction.

      Additionally, three sports facilities are planned in the city and the region. A versatile sports club will be built on Melnikova Street (LLC "FD TORG"), a sports complex with a ski base will be constructed by PJSC "GAZ," and another sports club will be located on Verkhnepecherskaya Street (LLC "Online-NN").

      Housing construction remains a priority. Permits for the erection of five apartment buildings have been issued, including in the "Ankudinovsky Park" residential complex, near the villages of Rzavka and Utechino, as well as on Kovalikhinskaya Street.

      In the industrial sector, four projects are planned: construction of manufacturing buildings in Dzerzhinsk, reconstruction of the auto plant collector, and modernization of a building for the automotive industry in the Leninsky district of Nizhny Novgorod.

      Three new warehouse complexes will also be built in the city, including one with administrative premises. Additionally, a permit has been issued for the reconstruction of an unfinished multifunctional center in the "Vremena Goda" residential complex, as well as for the construction of a building with an auto wash in the "North-West" district.

      It was previously announced that more than 1.7 million square meters of housing are planned to be put into operation in Nizhny Novgorod Region in 2025.
