      Economy Over 8,000 residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region have utilized government support for career guidance in the first half of 2025.

      You can check your professional inclinations at any personnel center in the Nizhny Novgorod region or independently on the "Work of Russia" portal in the "Career Guidance" section, which offers tools such as professionograms, video excursions into various professions, specialized tests to determine professional orientation, and competency assessments. The portal also allows you to schedule individual career guidance consultations.

      "Career guidance is an important step for those who want to find their calling or change professions. We see that people of all ages and education levels actively use this opportunity. This support measure is especially in demand among those who want to change their field of activity, return to the labor market after a break, or simply better understand their career prospects," said Lyudmila Egorova, director of the Nizhny Novgorod Personnel Center "Work of Russia."
