Experts approved the 8-story hotel project in the center of Nizhny Novgorod.

      The project to construct a hotel at 18 Piskunova Street in Nizhny Novgorod received a positive expert opinion. This information appeared in the Unified Register of Conclusions on July 10, 2025.

      The project initiator is the Moscow company JSC "Estate Invest." The non-governmental expertise was entrusted to LLC "Engineering Consulting Center 'ExpertRisk'."

      Earlier, the architectural design of the future hotel was approved by the regional Ministry of Urban Development. The hotel sketches can be viewed here. The building is planned to be constructed in the historic city center. Its total area will exceed 14,000 square meters, with a height of up to eight floors.

      It was previously revealed that JSC "Estate Invest" plans to build two hotels near Minin Square: at 18 Piskunova Street and on the site of the former "Knyazhny Novgorod" bookstore. Additionally, the company has started demolishing the complex of buildings of the former regional blood center named after N.Y. Klimova on Varvarskaya Street to implement the second project.

      By the way, at the CIPR conference in 2025, a visualization of the new Telegraph hotel complex was presented, which is planned to be built on this site.
