This was reported by the Transport Systems Development Center in response to residents' inquiries. One user wrote in the comments on social media that on the section from the Moscow Railway Station to Igarskaya Street, trams on route No. 417 are moving too slowly, causing passengers, according to him, to remain dissatisfied and irritated. The CRTS clarified that the decrease in speed is related to the rules for operating new tracks. According to information from LLC "Ecological Projects," after laying the rails on such sections, a speed limit for the cars is temporarily introduced. This is necessary during the period of rolling in and settling of the rails.
