      In one of the units of the anti-drone squad "Bars NN," another personnel change took place. This is not the first scheduled change of reservists in the unit—it occurs regularly every two months. This time, 13 reservists handed over their duties to the newly arrived fighters, and the new shift began to carry out the assigned tasks. "Each personnel change is an important stage in the work of the unit and a sign of a well-structured system. Reservists who have completed their service pass on their accumulated experience and tasks to the new shift, while the newly arrived fighters continue the overall work. This order allows us to maintain the constant readiness of the units and confidence that the assigned tasks will be carried out with quality and full responsibility. All reservists understand the significance of their service and contribute personally to ensuring the safety of the region," emphasized the commander of "Bars NN."

      Before starting their service, reservists undergo comprehensive training lasting two weeks, during which they acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills to perform the assigned tasks. The program includes fire and tactical training, studying military topography and engineering, as well as mastering skills for working with drone systems. Special attention is paid to the interaction of reservists as part of mobile fire groups and the coordination of personnel actions. After completing their training, reservists begin their service in the unit.

      "I had no doubts before starting my service. I believe that everyone should be ready to defend their country, their loved ones, and their home. This desire became my main motivation. In my comrades, I especially value conscientiousness, responsibility, and sincere patriotism—love and respect for my country. When there are reliable people around who take their common cause seriously, you understand how important mutual support and unity are," said reservist "Muli."

      Reservist with the call sign "Svokai" noted that his decision to join "Bars NN" was primarily motivated by the desire to contribute personally to ensuring safety and protecting his home. "Now is a time when one cannot remain on the sidelines. Safety is becoming especially important, so one has to stand up to defend the Motherland. My decision to join 'Bars NN' came from the desire to do everything possible to ensure safety, protect my home and my loved ones. It was important for me to understand that I could contribute to the common cause. My loved ones supported my choice, and this gave me even more confidence in the correctness of my decision," said the reservist.

      It should be noted that reservists of "Bars NN," during special assemblies, in addition to retaining their average monthly salary from their main job, receive monetary allowances from the Ministry of Defense of Russia—starting from 20,000 rubles and higher depending on military position and rank, as well as a regional payment of 50,000 rubles monthly.

      Being part of the "Bars NN" reserve does not involve deployment to the special military operation zone and takes place exclusively in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The contract with the Ministry of Defense of Russia allows for combining service with primary civilian work. Reservists retain their job and salary, are provided with modern equipment, free hot meals, life and health insurance, as well as medical assistance.

      Additional regional social support measures are in place for reservists and their families. For children, free kindergarten, school meals, sports sections, extended day groups, subsidized vouchers to camps and sanatoriums in the Nizhny Novgorod region, as well as priority rights for transferring a child to a school near home are provided. The entire family of the reservist is guaranteed free medical assistance out of turn under the State Guarantees Program for providing medical assistance to the population of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      Moreover, "Bars NN" has announced a recruitment of 40 specialists for training FPV drone operators. Training in the FPV direction will last one and a half months, after which reservists will be assigned to carry out tasks as part of groups. Candidates will receive the necessary training for working with equipment and assistance in subsequent employment. The service period will be six months, with monetary support starting from 200,000 rubles per month. Candidates up to 30 years old are primarily invited to participate, but older candidates are also considered if they have the relevant skills and experience.
