The crime was committed on August 23 on the Moscow highway. According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the region, the 38-year-old suspect had a conflict with a 40-year-old man. Being drunk, he got behind the wheel of a truck and intentionally ran over his opponent. The victim died.
