VTB is financing the construction of a residential complex and an aparthotel in Crimea.

      On August 20, 2026, at 15:35, VTB Bank provided financing of 5.5 billion rubles to the InterStroy group of companies for the implementation of two projects in Crimea. The developer will construct the residential complex "Park Quarters" in Simferopol and an apartment complex on the coast of Yevpatoria. The projects involve the construction of modern residential and resort properties. The residential complex "Park Quarters" will become part of the developing urban construction in Simferopol, accompanied by social and commercial infrastructure. The apartment complex "Riviera of Yevpatoria," located on the first coastline, will complement the tourist infrastructure of one of the largest resort cities on the peninsula.

      "Projects that define the region's development must be implemented within the established deadlines. Financing for developers is our contribution to the sustainable development of the construction industry, preserving jobs and ensuring buyers' confidence that new residential complexes will be put into operation according to the stated plans," noted VTB's manager in Crimea, Sergey Biletsky.
