The project for the capital repair of dormitory No. 5 of NGTU has passed state examination.

August 17, 2026 11:32 Society The project for the capital renovation of dormitory No. 5 of the Nizhny Novgorod State Agrarian University named after L. Ya. Florentyev in Nizhny Novgorod has received a positive conclusion from the state examination. This is reported in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRZ).

The building is located at 97 Gagarin Avenue. The customer for the work is the university itself. The preparation of the project documentation was carried out by individual entrepreneur Dmitry Pakhlin.

The dormitory on Gagarin Avenue was built in 1966. It is a five-story frame-less building with a basement area of 5689.8 square meters. It has significant physical and moral wear, and the engineering systems are in a dilapidated state.

It should be noted that in February, the university held a competition for the development of project and estimate documentation for the capital renovation of this dormitory. The initial contract price was 5.2 million rubles, and the final price was 1.77 million rubles.

The project provides for a complete technical survey of the dormitory and all engineering networks, measurement work, defect fixation, and calculations of load-bearing capacity. The documentation should also include repairs and reinforcement of structures, updating of engineering systems, and repairs of the facade, roof, windows, and doors. Additionally, a design project for public spaces with 3D visualization had to be prepared.

It was previously reported that NNGASU would conduct selective capital repairs of dormitory No. 1 on Gogol Street. NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" has channels on Telegram and MAX.
