The moment of the incident was captured by the subway surveillance cameras. The footage shows the teenager clinging to the train as it departs, posing a threat not only to his own life and health but also to the safety of other passengers. This incident is not the first: earlier this spring, law enforcement had already recorded a case of train surfing involving the same teenager at the "Kanavinskaya" subway station. A protocol on an administrative offense has been drawn up against the legal representative of the minor under part 1 of article 5.35 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (failure of parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill their duties for the maintenance and upbringing of minors).
