      Police officers in Nizhny Novgorod have identified the minor involved in a dangerous act, whose video went viral on the Internet the day before. The incident was captured by the subway's surveillance cameras. The footage shows the teenager clinging to a train as it departs, posing a threat not only to his own life and health but also to the safety of other passengers. This incident is not the first: earlier this spring, law enforcement had already recorded a similar act involving the same teenager at the "Kanavinskaya" subway station. An administrative offense report has been filed against the legal representative of the minor under part 1 of Article 5.35 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (failure of parents or other legal representatives to fulfill their duties for the maintenance and upbringing of minors).
