Five investment projects worth 347.5 million rubles have been approved in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      On August 13, 2026, 19:34 Economy The Council for Land and Property Relations under the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved applications for the allocation of land plots for the implementation of five projects.

      As reported by the Minister of Property and Land Relations of the region, Sergey Barinov, the total investment volume for the approved projects will amount to 347.5 million rubles. It is expected that about 70 new jobs will be created.

      The council supported the allocation of a plot for the construction of a production and warehouse complex in the area of Shcherbakova Street in Nizhny Novgorod. The applicant is LLC "Garantstroy," the area of the plot is 9,008 sq. m, the project implementation period is 50 months, and the investment volume is 192.5 million rubles.

      A territory for the construction of a workshop for the production of truck bodies in the area of Shuvakovsky Canal in Nizhny Novgorod has also been approved. The project by LLC "Tanfer-NN" involves the use of an area of 14,314 sq. m, the implementation period will be five years, and the investment is 60 million rubles.

      In addition, the application from LLC "Proinvest" for the placement of modular non-capital accommodation facilities in the Bor District has been approved. The area of the plot is 40,615 sq. m, the project implementation period is three years, and the investment volume is 50 million rubles.

      Moreover, the council approved territories for the construction of a chapel in Dzerzhinsk and a production and warehouse building for the manufacture of monumental sculptures in the Bor District.

      Since the beginning of 2026, the council has approved projects totaling about 28.3 billion rubles. As part of their implementation, it is planned to create more than 2,000 jobs. Today, the Nizhny Novgorod Region ranks second in the National Rating of the Investment Climate by ASI.

      Since 2025, work to support enterprises and businesses has been included in the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy," which is being implemented on the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
