School bazaars will not open in Nizhny Novgorod before the new school year.

      August 13, 2026 09:00 Society School fairs and markets will not open in Nizhny Novgorod ahead of the new school year. This was reported by the NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" from the department of entrepreneurship development of the city administration. The organization of such seasonal trading events is conducted on a request basis. Entrepreneurs or other potential organizers must independently contact the department for permission to hold a fair. However, to date, no applications for organizing school fairs and markets during the preparation for the 2026/2027 school year have been received by the department.
