The beverage distribution facility at the Auto Plant was closed for 60 days after an inspection by Rospotrebnadzor.
On August 6, 2026, at 13:55, the Avtozavodsky District Court of Nizhny Novgorod temporarily suspended the operation of the bar "Come in if you want" on Busygina Avenue. The decision was made based on the materials from the inspection by the regional office of Rospotrebnadzor. During the inspection, specialists identified violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements. In particular, the establishment did not organize the sequence of technological processes, which led to the potential overlap of raw materials, raw semi-finished products, and finished products. Furthermore, the employees lacked information about undergoing mandatory medical examinations and hygiene training. Following the inspection, a protocol was drawn up against LLC "Alpha-NN" under Article 6.6 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation, and the materials were submitted to the court. As a result of the case review, the court found the company guilty of an administrative offense and ordered the suspension of the bar's activities for 60 days. The ruling has not yet entered into legal force. It is worth noting that in May, a conflict occurred between visitors at this establishment. One of the men suggested to his opponent to go outside to resolve their differences. Outside, he shot the victim in the head with a signal pistol and then fled the scene with his companion in a BMW car. A criminal case was initiated regarding the incident. Earlier, it was reported that the café "Mola mola" on Alekseevskaya Street, where several tourists were poisoned in July, was closed for 70 days.
