Pavel Solodky: Appeals from WB sellers after the attacks will be considered in August.
August 7, 2026 13:57 Economy Appeals from Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs to the office of the Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights after attacks on Wildberries warehouses are being redirected to the regional Ministry of Industry and Trade. This was reported by business ombudsman Pavel Solodky to NIA "Nizhny Novgorod."
"Considering that Wildberries is a business entity, current legislation provides for restrictions on the direct intervention of the ombudsman in disputes between entrepreneurs. In this regard, we are promptly redirecting all incoming appeals directly to the regional Ministry of Industry and Trade," noted Pavel Solodky.
He added that the ministry is collecting and systematizing appeals from affected entrepreneurs. A hotline is available for them at 8 (800) 301-29-94. According to Solodky, in August, business appeals will be reviewed at a meeting of the operational headquarters under the control of the governor of Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin.
"We expect both federal and regional decisions aimed at minimizing the negative consequences for businesses," stated the business ombudsman.
It was previously reported that about 50 Nizhny Novgorod sellers on Wildberries sought support after attacks on the marketplace's warehouses. Regional authorities, together with the company, are working on measures to assist the affected businesses. NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" has channels on Telegram and MAX.
