19 residential buildings and social facilities in Nizhny Novgorod will be connected to modern heating networks.

      On August 6, 2026, at 15:35, the company "Teploseti" (part of "En+ Teplo Volga") began work on the technical connection of apartment buildings and social facilities being constructed in the Lenin and Avtozavodsky districts to centralized heating and hot water supply systems.

      In total, "Teploseti" plans to connect 19 apartment buildings and social facilities in the Avtozavodsky and Lenin districts in 2026.

      A large-scale construction of apartment buildings is underway in one of the new quarters of the Lenin district. Modern heating pipelines are already being laid underground. As explained by the leading engineer for technological connection at LLC "Teploseti," Daria Zubareva, the construction of a half-kilometer pipeline from the connection point on the existing networks to the wall of the building has begun for the connection of the first apartment building in the new quarter to the heating supply system. "The total length is 526 meters in single-pipe calculation with diameters of 100 and 200 millimeters," the specialist clarified.

      Particular attention in the project is paid to the quality of materials and the durability of the system. The director of the contracting organization, Stanislav Puysha, noted that energy-efficient pre-insulated pipes and pipeline elements are used for laying the pipeline.

      "Work is being carried out using energy-efficient modern materials that are resistant to corrosion, with a service life of over 50 years. The use of advanced technologies and materials is aimed at minimizing heat losses, eliminating the risk of defects, and ensuring stable heating and hot water supply for the residents of the new quarters," the contractor explained.

      "This is an investment in the reliability of engineering communications and an important step in improving the quality of the urban environment and the comfort of Nizhny Novgorod residents. As a result, residents will be guaranteed to receive thermal energy and hot water supply that meets all regulatory requirements," noted Pavel Bednov, the technical director of LLC "Teploseti."

      In total, the resource-supplying organization "Teploseti" provides heating and hot water to 400,000 residents of the Avtozavodsky and Lenin districts, 1,570 apartment buildings, more than 2,800 social facilities, industrial consumers, and others.
