Ombudsman Kislicyna helped the SVO fighter obtain the benefits he was entitled to.

On August 3, 2026, at 16:01, Society A Nizhny Novgorod resident participating in the SVO received payments that had not been previously credited to him. Assistance in resolving the issue was achieved after an appeal to the regional ombudsman Oksana Kislytsina. The human rights commissioner in the Nizhny Novgorod region reported on social media that a soldier's mother had turned to her for help. According to her, her son signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, but did not receive the one-time payment he was entitled to. Furthermore, the soldier's salary was not paid in full—he was not credited with bonuses for performing combat tasks. Following the appeal, specialists sent information to the prosecutor's office. During the investigation, the violation was confirmed. After that, the command of the military unit recalculated, and the serviceman received all the due funds in full. It was previously reported that ombudsman Kislytsina helped the widow of an SVO participant from Belarus with receiving payments. We also reported that a conscript from the Nizhny Novgorod region managed to terminate an illegal contract after appealing to the human rights commissioner.
