During the event, one of the participants fell from the yacht and drowned. The verdict of the Nizhny Novgorod District Court on May 30, 2025, found the men guilty. The mother of the deceased filed a lawsuit for compensation for moral damages, which was granted. The defendants were ordered to pay 1.5 million rubles in moral damages.
