According to data as of July 31, swimming is allowed in Nizhny Novgorod at the First Lake of Shchelokovsky Farm in the Soviet district. In the Avtozavod district, the water in the lake of the second stage of the Park of Culture and Recreation on Molodezhny Avenue and in the lake of the first stage on Smirnov Street is considered safe. In the Lenin district, both beaches of the Silicate Lake meet the requirements. In the Sormovsky district, positive results were obtained at Svetloyar Lake from the side of Gaugel Street, as well as at Lunsky and Pestichny Lakes. In Kanavino, both beaches of the Sorting Lake and the Hospital Lake are included in the list. Outside the regional center, the pond "408 km" and the Tesh River in Arzamas, the lake "at the Steep Mountain" in Bogorodsk, Yurasov Lake in the Bor urban district, the city beach on the Volga in Lyskov, as well as all three beaches of the Upper Pond in Vyksa are recognized as safe.
