Currently, the longest network of bike routes is located in the Avtozavodsky and Leninsky districts. Its total length is 22.6 km. This year, the improvement of public spaces on Komarov Street and Korablebuilders Avenue is planned. The projects include the creation of bike paths. When arranging the routes, asphalt concrete covering is used according to the current state standards for pedestrian and bicycle paths. The markings are applied in accordance with the established requirements for road markings, observing the shape, color, and size of the lines. According to the Department of Transport and Road Management, in 2026, it is also planned to update the markings in parking lots for individual mobility vehicles. The volume of work will be 2,000 square meters. Since the markings on bike paths and parking lots for IMVs are not subjected to high loads, they are usually done with paint. In areas where they intersect with the roadway, a more durable material—cold plastic—is used.
