Visa-free entry to China: the simplified entry period for Russians has been extended until 2027.

      July 21, 2026 11:15 Society China has extended the visa-free regime for Russian citizens until the end of 2027. This information appeared on the portal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China. According to the new conditions, Russians will be able to enter China with a foreign passport without a visa and stay in the country for up to 30 days. Earlier, Russia also extended the visa-free regime for Chinese citizens until December 31, 2027. Initially, the temporary visa-free entry and exit procedure for Chinese citizens was supposed to be in effect in Russia until September 14, 2026, inclusive.
